POLICY
Please note that Atrangee products are manufactured from scratch only after you place an order. 

If there are manufacturing defects in the product you purchased from Atrangee.com please contact us within two days of receiving the product. You can contact us via email at care@atrangee.com or by phone at

If, for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product and would like to process a return, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. We will work toward providing an amicable resolution. 

o   Product must be returned unused with attached tags and in it's original packaging. 
o   You will be given an equivalent amount of money in the form of store credits. (No refund of money)

RETURN CLAIM PROCEDURE
To return a purchase, follow the steps below
1.     Sign in to your account, click on the "view my orders" button and select the order you would like to return.
2.     Complete the online form and print one copy to include in the packaging with your Atrangee product in it's original packaging.
3.     Pack product in suitable packaging to ensure it does not get damaged in shipping. Ship the package using a traceable source (i.e. DTDC, Blue dart, Aramax). Atrangee.com is not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping.
